Numerous springs of clear mountain water which has gained necognition for its healing features, make a special rarity and characteristics of this region. The springs appear in the region of Sargan, tara and Viogor mountains, where the
sources of most important rivers the Kamesina and the Beli Rzav are.
There are several springs and thermal springs inthe river valleys nir the river beds of the Kamesina and the Beli Rzav, as weel as the Crni Rzav. The springs in the river bed of the Kamesina on the right river bank contain healing 
features and the springs Bele vode is classified into some of the very rare ones 
not only in Yugoslavia, but in the world.
As profesor doctor Ratomir Tisma says, the researches showed:
" Mokra Gora waters, according to known literature, are 16 th or 17 th such 
water in the world as for the hight of alkality, whila by some narrower classification they would by on 5 th or 6 th position.
These waters can be used at inflammation of stomach mocous membrane, gastritis,
hight level of gastric juices, stomach ulcer, duodenum ulcer.
They are helpful with degestion, they are good for rinsing nose mocous membrane,
for inflamatory processes of eyelids - therefor people named it "eye water".
